Welcome! I’m ‘SL’ (Sindee Lee) Gillespie
I’ve always had a spark for possibility—and a passion for people living their best life. My first taste of entrepreneurial success came as a young girl selling lemonade beside the Tourist Information booth on the main highway running through my rural hometown. By day two, I was offering homemade lemonade, a bowl of sugar for those who liked it extra sweet, and a selection of baked goods. Even then, I wasn’t just selling drinks—I was creating an experience. Business building has always been part of who I am.
However, it wasn’t until I discovered the world of personal growth through The Psychology of Achievement that something even deeper ignited in me. It turned into a lifelong pursuit of understanding what makes people thrive. For over 30 years, I’ve been an avid student of peak performance—taking what I’ve learned from countless courses, books, and experiences and turning it into meaningful, transformational work.
Whether it was helping golfers master the mental side of their game or leading successful ventures in the industrial and offshore oil and gas industries, I’ve always been guided by one question:
Why do some people move forward while others seem to stand at the starting line?
The answer, I discovered, lies in our beliefs. What we think is possible for ourselves shapes everything we do. That insight became even more powerful after a near-fatal car accident in 1994 changed my life. The brain injury I sustained opened up a whole new layer of learning—deepening my fascination with the mind-body connection, neuroplasticity, and emotional healing.
From that point on I immersed myself even further in a wide range of healing and transformational modalities, earning certifications (including an Advanced Practitioner of EFT) and experience not just in theory, and yet in real-world practice. What drives me today is showing people how to believe in their own brilliance; how to tap into the best of who they are—and to let go of what no longer serves them so they can succeed—in every area of their lives.
Since 2001, I’ve been actively assisting people with changing what they believe they can be, have and do.
I’m also very proud to be an Education Partner of LPGA Professionals.
As the National Education Advisor for LEGS (Ladies Executive Golf Society) I’m pleased to be the creator of the LEGS LIFE program which supports their mission to empower their leaders and members, both personally and professionally, through the shared experience of golf.
